1. Who is JDI?
JDI is distinguished for its development of smart, tailor-made web applications. For us, this starts with a proud and dedicated team which, together with our client, puts the end client at the centre of what we do.

2. What information is processed by JDI?
JDI records information about its clients in order to provide a good service. Consider, for example, name, address, contact information and a bank account number. JDI processes this information to be able to execute the contract that we have entered into with you, and to inform you about relevant products and/ or services offered by us or by other parties that we work with.
2.1 Information that we save automatically
To enable JDI.nl to function, for example to ensure the proper appearance of the website and to secure and further improve the site, JDI requires certain information. Therefore, JDI collects information about your use of JDI.nl.

CRO installs a cookie via which we can easily carry out A/B testing. This means that a proportion of our website traffic sees a slightly different version of the website to the original variant. This enables us to test which version of the website best matches the wishes and requirements of the user.
LinkedIn installs cookies via our website. With these cookies we can measure the results of our messages on this social media platform. We do this in order to improve our campaigns. For cookies from third parties, the privacy policies of those third parties apply.

Access, rectification or blocking of data

Erasure of data
You can have your data erased by sending a message to info@JDI.nl. We will erase your data unless JDI has a significant reason for not erasing the data.
Right to data portability
Do you wish to receive your personal data and transfer it to another party? Then please contact us via info@JDI.nl. JDI will send the requested data to you within four weeks.
Withdrawal of permission
Do we process your data on the basis of permission? Then you are entitled to withdraw your permission at any time.
9. Transfer of personal data to non-EU countries
JDI does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU.
